Presuming may be the pulsetranslator service causing issues again; solution perhaps same as bug 879257 comment 14. Any chance I can get access to that box so I can resolve things like this in the future myself?

Flags: needinfo?(shyam)
Yes, feel free. The box is pulsetranslator.ateam.phx1.mozilla.com. You can stop/start the pulsetranslator using: sudo /etc/init.d/pulsetranslator stop sudo /etc/init.d/pulsetranslator start
$ ssh pulsetranslator.ateam.phx1.mozilla.com ssh: Could not resolve hostname pulsetranslator.ateam.phx1.mozilla.com: no address associated with name (Whilst connected to the new MozillaVPN)
ssh pulsetranslator.ateam.phx1.mozilla.com Last login: Mon Jul 15 10:01:40 2013 from cm-vpn01.mozilla.org [jgriffin@pulsetranslator.ateam.phx1 ~]$ with both new and old VPN's. Ed, it's possible you don't belong to some relevant VPN LDAP group; can you file a bug for that?
How can I help? (I was summoned).

(In reply to Shyam Mani [:fox2mike] from comment #5) > How can I help? (I was summoned). I think jgriffin has restarted the pulsetranslator now - thank you anyway :-)
(This older instance of problems was fixed)
