Is it even possible to unit test this code? I'm not sure that it is. This might be just a wontfix.
BenWa: I envision that we create a layer tree, we call TransformShadowTree and query the shadow values
kats: BenWa: i guess there's probably some value in that, since now that code includes setting transforms for fixed-position content and scrollbars and so on
We've added other tests since for APZ, this bug is now obsolete I think. If we add test we should prioritize the problem areas instead.
