Description:
The lockscreen notification for screenshots is truncated when the device is set to display the Croatian language.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Leo to Build ID: 20130715070218
2) Change the device language to Croatian (Hrvatski) and reboot if necessary.
3) Tap the power button twice to bring up the lockscreen.
4) Take a screenshot and observe text of the notification that appears.

Actual:
The notification is truncated.

Expected:
The full text of the notification is visible.
