In Hrvatski, inside "Napo,eme o oyvorenom kodu" (Open Source Licensing Information) page is not localized

PreReq: Device language set to Hrvatski

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130715070218
2) Open the "Postavke" (Settings) from the home screen
3) Select "Informacije o uredaju" (Device Information)
5) Scroll to and select "Pravne informacije" (Legal Information)
6) Select either "Nopomene o otvorenom kodu" (Open Source Notice) or "Nabava izvornog koda" (Obtaining Source Code)
7) View what is listed

Actual:
"Open Source Licensing Information" and "Obtaining Source Code" pages are not localized in Hrvatski

Expected:
"Open Source Licensing Information" page is localized

Verified it's fixed on Leo V1.1. COM RIL,
The header translation is shortened and no longer truncated
