Description:
A user with their device language set to Serbian will see the homescreen label for the Music app rendered in English.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Build ID: 20130715070218
2) Select Settings, then Language, then change the language to Serbian.
3) Restart the device and observe the text under the Music icon on the homescreen.

Actual:
The text under the Music icon is shown in English.

Expected:
The text under the Music icon is shown in Serbian (eg "музика")

Verified the bug is fixed on Leo COM RIL 1.1
The "Music" app is localized on the home screen
