Description:
When the user clicks the link "What's in a crash report?" in the crash report screen, the user sees the header "Crash Report" is truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130715070218
2) Set the language to Serbian/српски
3) Use Cgywin commands to produce a crash 
4) On the Crash Report page, click the URL link "What's in a crash report?"
5) "Crash Report" page opens

Actual:
"Crash Report" header is not localized in Serbian/српски

Expected:
"Crash Report" header is localized in Serbian/српски

Simply translated it as "Crashes".

Verified the bug is fixed on Leo COM RIL 1.1
The header name is changed and no longer truncated
