Description:
When a song is playing in the music app, the Playlist tap header appears truncated because a play button is added to the header bar. When there is no play button present in the bar, the header is not truncated and appears fine.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130715070218.
2) Put a few music files on the device.
3) Switch the device language to Serbian
4) Launch the Music player.
5) Tap on the Playlist tab and notice that the header text looks fine.
6) Play a song and then go back to the Playlist Tab.
7) Notice that there is a play button present now and that the header text is now truncated.

Actual:
Playlist header text can become truncated after a song is played.

Expected:
Playlist header text should not be truncated at any point.

Verified the bug is fixed on Leo COM RIL 1.1
The header in the "Music Library List" no longer truncated
