Description:
The "Compose" message title is displayed in English when device language is set to Serbian.
 
Prerequisites: Have an email account set up on the device

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130715070218
2) Set the language to Serbian
3) Launch the Email 
4) Tap on the "Compose message" icon
5) Observe the title of the "Compose message" screen

Actual:
The "Compose" header is shown in English

Expected:
The  "Compose" header is translated to Serbian
