The user sees the Header text, "Enter SIM PIN" with ellipses

PreReq: Change device language to Serbian (српски)

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID:20130715070218 
2) Open the "Settings" from the home menu
3) Tap on "SIM Security" 
4) Tap on the toggle button to "SIM PIN"
5) Enter SIM PIN screen appears 

Actual:
The "Header Title" is truncated/ellipses

Expected:
The title is not truncated

Otherwise this will be yet another case to figure out with UX team
