I saw that there were other bugs, but couldn't see how to add into that.  I've 
got mozilla .9 installed.  I tried .9.1 but got a similar error to the one I'm 
getting now with .9.2  "The procedure entry point ??_7nsLocalString@@6B@ could 
not be locaed in the dynamic link library xpcom.dll".  This happens every time 
mozilla tries to load.

This bug is invalid !

Never install a new build over an older one. Please uninstall Mozilla, delete 
all files in c:\programs\mozilla that the uninstaller had not deleted and 
reinstall Mozilla.
And read the release notes (->install in a fresh directory)
You get this error message because there are a few old .Dlls in your mozilla 
directory.

Please reopen this bug if a clean reinstall doesn't help !
