Layout and navigation

* “My Payment Account” should be titled “Payment Account Info” to be consistent with the navigation menu item (pick either name, but make
it consistent)

* Revenue summary, Revenue report and Transaction report all belongs under one group. They should be marked differently from the rest of
the navigation menu item

* Reduce the content’s margin-top value to 32px, so there’s no awkward visual gap inbetween the header and the content

* The Transaction report page should have a navigation sidebar

Three items are in the clear:
* “Payment Account Info” is consistent name between the sidebar and the page title.
* Revenue summary, Revenue report and Transaction report is visually grouped.
* The content’s margin-top value is reduced to 32px.

One item still needs to be resolved:
* The transaction page needs some form of navigation (versus just a back button)

My thought to potentially solve this problem was threefold:
1. Stack the same vertical navigation bar on top or the bottom of the report
2. Arrange the navigation horizontally just for this page, put it on top of the report
3. Make the vertical navigation bar appear on hover, and minimized when the mouse leave the area
