Steps to reproduce:
1. Open In-app ( http://inapp-pay-test-stage.paas.allizom.org/manifest.webapp )
2. search for a pricetier 20 ( 1,99$ - COP 4.150,00)
3. Click to purchase
4. Enter valid PIN and continue
Actual results:
The error message is displayed as follow: “Price point unavailable for this region or carrier.”
Expected results:
Purchase confirmation page is displayed and user have the option to chose credit card payment instead of carrier billing
