 The screen will black  when click the Contacts
 
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Restart the MS
 2.Unlock the MS->click Contacts->The screen will black,then into Contacts

 1.down完版本开机或重启手机点击联系人，手机会先黑屏然后再进入到联系人.
 2.而进入到其他模块的时候，手机屏幕都是暗的然后过一会才点亮屏幕.
 （比如：Call、Setting、SMS、Clock等）
 3.Perso TEF 存在同样问题

 1.restart the phone, open contacts app, we can see an black screen before loaded the contacts.
 2.there is no this black screen when launch other app.

Git bisect shows that this was introduced in:

  https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/ba1cf2af3f0286dc665492e2ed19275c8aa34a34

Which was for bug 869903.

I suspect that there may have been some follow-on work in the contacts app that was never uplifted.  Francisco, do you know?

Ok, I think we need a partial uplift of bug 866174.  Specifically, we need to remove the black background setting from the app's CSS.

I'll put together a pull request.

This is a pull request against v1-train.  It partially uplifts (1 line) from bug 866174 to remove the background color from the contacts app.  This removes the black flash from the launch of contacts app.

Since this is a low risk change (1 line css) we can close the loop on v1.1 to remove the black flash.

Cannot remember any work done for fixing that being uplift. So yes, we need the fix.
