We now use youtube for everything. There is bug 866898 to remove all our video handling code, but I figured we can go one step at a time. First remove the uploading. Then we can remove the viewing/wiki inserting later.

This covers:
* Remove the UI for uploading videos (html+css+js)
* Remove the forms for uploading videos
* Remove the views that handle uploading videos
* Remove the related tests
* Remove anything else I forgot to mention here.
Making this a 2pt to be extra careful and thorough. Next sprint!
