Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make sure modal about dialog is not checked under Debug prefs. 2. Help -> About Mozilla (from browser or mail, doesn't matter) Actual Results: Launches new browser window, with default browser page Expected Results: Launch new browser window with the usual About Mozilla contents Typing help:about into the URL bar also does nothing. Help shows up if modal About is checked.

From the description, I would guess it's a dupe of bug 89345.
Marking as dupe of 89435 (which has a fix checked in). So, if this still occurs in tomorrow's build, feel free re-open this bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 89345 ***
