Details
This should be as simple as adding a field to nsIApplicationReputationQuery and filling it in. There may have to be changes to nsITransfer, through the new JS download manager to pass this on.

For now we're just checking the file extension, same as Chrome. https://code.google.com/p/chromium/codesearch#chromium/src/chrome/common/safe_browsing/download_protection_util.cc&l=14
