So that these won't stay there forevermore / until a reset. Also, in the case of people moving them within the navbar, we can (in some cases) (sort of) persist their customization. This isn't super-important (threw a dart and came up with P4), I guess, but just throwing it out there - if you feel it should be WONTFIXed, please say so. (bonus points: what do we do with the backout and nightly?)

This seems like a net loss and a waste of our time, I see no reason why we should do this.
