For a top level menu-item, it would be nice to have some feedback about what "Guest mode" is, or at least that you are entering/exiting guest mode. Currently, it looks like Firefox just crashed, because the restart is so abrupt.

Is a dialog confirming switching to guest mode appropriate?

Also, on restart, it would be nice to drop down the menu and highlight "Exit Guest Mode" as a way to exit, to let people both know that they've entered guest mode, and where they can exit guest mode.
