Unagi with Gaia 1.1.0.0-prerelease 20130720070223
Sometimes, the font size of the mail body is pretty small. Zooming in and panning left and right to read is unpractical, so enforcing a minimum font size would be helpful.
The mail in the screenshot is https://mail.mozilla.org/pipermail/tb-planning/2013-July/002813.html

The archive doesn't show it well, but the message in question is being displayed as a text/html part with basically no styling. So we should probably set a default font size in our default CSS we cram in the top that's more in keeping with our other values, at least if we don't detect any font styling being present.
Intro is:
--Boundary_(ID_vlsq/ShxbtYwhRIfjrdDkA)
Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
Content-transfer-encoding: 8BIT
<html>
<head>
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8">
</head>
<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000">
