I cancelled an approval+ flag because it appeared that there was a bug in the already reviewed patch. The flagmail only mentions: Frédéric Buclin <LpSolit@gmail.com> has canceled approval4.4 I think it would be a good addition to mention who originally set that flag: Frédéric Buclin <LpSolit@gmail.com> has canceled David Miller <justdave@bugzilla.org>'s approval4.4 We already do this when granting or denying a flag request, so it would make sense to do it when cancelling a flag.
