Steps to reproduce:
- Create an app
- In the edit page, give a translation for spanish and save
- Change your mind and decide spanish should inherit the english one
Expected results:
- You are able to completely remove the spanish translation, either globally or just for the description
Actual results:
- You are unable to remove the spanish translation. You can remove the textarea contents, but then it will show up as empty for people using spanish locale, instead of inheriting from the english one.

See bug 902435 for why it's difficult to do this without breaking stuff with our current translation models.
