Bay Bridge didn't appear to be receiving audio from the far-end, so the switcher and the Clear One were reset. Neither reset solved the issue.

Clearone firmware is v3. Needs to be updated to v4. Clearone XML dump should be saved as an attachment to the room history bug.

Possibly tomorrow early morning. Did you try rebooting the ClearOne?

Ok, I'm kind of touch and go with a few job sites for tomorrow as of now. Let's book Monday morning first thing and if I can squeeze in there tomorrow, I will let you know. I'll also hit up Mark and see I he has bandwidth for tomorrow.

This is kind of a serious problem, the room is down hard until this is fixed. Anyway someone can come by sooner to get this room working?

Jared said that the audio cable to the clear one was unplugged. It was re-plugged in.
