Details

In both the modern and classic skin opening the URL dropdown list explands the whole toolbar instead of bringing up the dropdown list on top of the toolbars. The dopdown list opens insside forcing the toolbars to be pushed down into the browsing area.
This has been hapening in at least the last three nightly builds up to today.
