STR:
1. open a new tab (ctrl+t)
2. start typing (quickly)
3. the text you have entered will be cleared in a half-second or so
From what I remember this happens because we get location change for the initial about:blank page, which clears the urlbar? For some reason that doesn't happen on trunk.
Could this have been bug 936417 (not e10s, but private browsing)?
I don't think so. There is some race condition between loading a new tab and loading about:blank.

David, can you still reproduce this problem? I can't reproduce it on Mac with the default newtab/blank page, but maybe you have non-default settings that makes it show up.

Huh - I can't seem to reproduce it anymore. I'll reopen if I ever get reliable STR.
