Based on partner expectations, Expected Benchmark for First time Launch Latency for Gallery is 1300ms. The bug is to track the user story for both (1.0.1, 1.1) releases. 1.1 should cause no regression from 1.0.1.

We are seeing regression on Gallery App launch latency on mozilla-central and gaia/master (7x27/QRD). Please advise if I should create a new Bugzilla to track this. I can add details.
