User Story:

As a user, I want to be able to skip the Firefox account setup/login if I chose so that I am not forced to create a new identity and so that I can finish the device set up quicker.


Acceptance Criteria:

1. During the First Run Experience, I can skip the Firefox account sign-up/login (including after selecting forgot my password) which takes me to the next step in the First Run Experience.
2. After choosing to skip the Firefox account sign-up/login, I am able to return to the Persona sign-up/login if I chose so long as I haven't completed the entire First Run Experience.

I'm closing this as WORKSFORME since the FTU already allows to skip any step. No need to have a bug to track this.

Sanity manual test (take #1)
Manual tested acceptance criteria, including:
- Does the system behave normally after skipping steps?
- Can the user go back and complete the setup for FxAccount after skipping it?
