1. Title: The handset does not receive the delivery report message for MMS
2. Precondition: Set Language To Brazilian  Portuguese
3. Tester's Action: 1. Configuracoes - > Rede e Dados - >  Config. de mensagens  
                    2. Enable "Notificacoes de entre..."
                    3. Send an MMS, Check if the other handset receive the MMS 
                    4. Check the behaviour.
4. Detailed Symptom (ENG.) : The handset should receive a Delivery Report message
5. Expected:  The handset should recieved a delivery report message.
6. Reproducibility: Y
1) Frequency Rate : 100%
7. Gaia Master/v1-train: Reproduced on v1-train

Delivery report for MMS is not part of v1.1 MMS scope.
It is currently planned for 1.2 and can be tracked via https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=850140
