Hotspot Settings appears truncated
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130723070209
2) Tap on Settings.
3) Select Internet Sharing.
4) Then select Hotspot settings.
Actual:
Hotspot Settings is truncated.
Expected:
Hotspot Settings should not be truncated.

User impact is minimal.
User had to tap a "Hotspot Settings" button, which is exactly the same string as the truncated header.
There is only 1 string for both button and header, so this will stay like this at the moment.
