Relops is beginning to test OSX 10.9 on an existing R5 mini hardware in SCL3 in preparation for future talos tests

So we need a new hostgroup for the new talos maverick systems and we also need the first test machine added to that group. I've changed inventory/DNS to convert talos-mtnlion-r5-087.test.releng.scl3.m.c => t-maverick-r5-001.test.releng.scl3.m.c.  Please also update nagios to reflect the name change.
