Actual results:

If I change the border style of an input type=button that border does not appear when in high contrast mode and it should.

Expected results:

You should be able to restyle the border of a button and still have it work when in high contrast mode. The above steps last worked properly in Firefox 10
Did the fix for bug 452800 fix this?

Note that in high contrast mode we disable page styles by default. So you _should_ have a border, but you should _not_ be able to restyle it.
Depends on: 452800
