When the user changes the language to Catalan, the Manual Configuration header text in the email configuration screen is truncated  

Repro Steps: 
1. Updated to Leo Mozilla Build ID: 20130726070208
2. From the Home screen, tap on the Email App
3. Tap on Configuracio manual option

Actual Results:
"Configuracio manual d" (manual configuration) header text is truncated

Expected Results:
The complete text is displayed in full
