This DLL has different name depending on the add-on it's built-in. See http://pdfforge.mybrowserbar.com/ and https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/list?signature=pdfforgetoolbarff.dll%400x82dfd

With combined signatures, it's #37 browser crasher in 22.0 and #26 in 23.0b9.
