2001070608 trunk.
I have noticed that when I dupe a bug or change its status, Bugzilla reports
midair collision.
I do not know  whether this is Bugzilla's or Mozilla's fault.
I have realized that this is caused by hitting return to the security warning
that comes up by hitting "Commit" in Bugzilla bug form.
Steps to reproduce:
Modify this bug form such as duping and click "Commit".
Hit return key to the security warning on submission.
Now comes the second security wanring.
You click OK to this second warning and the result is double submission.
WHat is wrong is hitting return to the firstwarning is somehow captured by the
form and interepreted as another submission.
Could be a dupe of bug 76605.
