Steps to reproduce:

this is a customization issue,i want to customize different agps servers according to different ISP(MCC/MNC to identify)


Actual results:

i find that i can only customize agps server info through gaia/gps-prefs.js,which means i can not customize agps server info according to mcc/mnc.


Expected results:

I would like to customize agps server info according to mcc/mcn,just like apn info.
