Marina, is there any bouncing that needs to be fixed? Can we document it or close this?

I've been doing quite a lot of testing of downloads. I've not seen this issue in a while - the progress ring incrementally fills as it should. We may need to swap in an indeterminate mode when we are no longer able to say how long it will take but as far as this goes, it WFM.
