Years ago we found that several people cancelled installs when they say the button stating 'Install' instead of 'Upgrade'. This is fixed on Beta for the stub installer and has been fixed for the full installer. I think we should go ahead and change the term under the progress bar to state 'Upgrading' instead of 'Installing' on the install page.

Stephen, here is a screenshot of the UI I am referring to. I am suggesting that we should change 'install' to 'upgrade' in the text at the bottom and 'Installing' to 'Upgrading' under the progress bar.
