Details
In my patch queue for bug 866232 I had to had some #includes here and there to make stuff compile but it can be done better. I didn't want to keep rebasing that massive patch queue so I'm filing this follow-up to go back and clean up the includes.

Also, note to self: as part of this bug try to move Compositor::AssertOnCompositorThread to a .h file so that it can be inlined without LTO (see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=866232#c84)
