This is performance regression on 1.01 preinstalled app for Buri. Given that we're updating users to 1.1 on Buri, this app can remain preinstalled if the user never uninstalled the app before a FOTA. On that regard, noming to block.

Somebody on the performance team also probably should profile this to figure out what's slowing us down here.

Disregard my above comment - this looks like that the app is slow to load. I don't think this is a gecko regression upon further investigation.
