DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
Granting a temporary exception to a site in the browser and opening that same location in an app should get you a cert error

Granting a temporary exception to a site in an app and opening that same location in the browser should get you a cert error
REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
1.Install "Hosted App Test Case 1" from http://mozqa.com/webapi-permissions-tests/
2.Launch it and go to the link titled "WebAPI Permissions Tests"
3.Select "Unknown Cert Site" and select to visit site
4.When I visit https://cav.receita.fazenda.gov.br/eCAC/Aplicacao.aspx in the browser after visiting the Unknown Cert Site within the Test WebAPI Permissions app (temp exception) =>not get a cert error-->KO
or

Same problem as bug 858730. Certificate exceptions are granted to the chrome process, so we'll right now grant to anything on the phone. Temporary certs eventually disappear over time on the phone, so this isn't a blocker.
The true solution would be solved in bug 858730, where we would implement per app cert handling.
