When I test Bug 899861, I encounter a problem.

Animated GIF stops animating after restore previous session.

I cannot reproduce the problem on ubuntu12.04.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open http://i.imgur.com/Lwl04Sz.gif
   --- observe animated GIF is working properly
2. Exit Browser (Alt > File > Exit)
3. Start Browser again
4. Click "Restore Previous Session" button in about:home and DO NOT MOVE mouse pointer.
   --- observe the image
(5. repeat step 2-4 if necessary)

Actual Results:
Animated GIF stops animating immediately
If you move mouse pointer then animation starts again after for a while.

Expected Results:
Animated GIF should start at beginning.
