Issue.

The new bookmark drop-down panel's "up" arrow switches to a white background when you start to scroll the bookmarks downward.

Coming back to the top of the panel will return the background to normal.

See attached screenshot for the issue.
likely it's getting native styling for a menupopup, this is a menupopup after all...
