Yahoo! have announced a proposed new e-mail header 'Require-Recipient-Valid-Since' which prevents (re used) new Yahoo! mail accounts receiving e-mails for old accounts ( see http://www.wired.com/threatlevel/2013/07/yahoo-email/ )
Given the large amount of Yahoo! account in BMO (and probably other installations), Bugzilla should support this header. I imagine other mail providers might support this header in future too.

This is just a draft which has been newly emitted. There are a plenty of such product-specific headers (e.g. MS Outlook) which we resist to implement because they follow no official specification. I think it's too early to implement such a header which is still a draft.
