Steps to reproduce:

Visited several sub-pages:
- https://www.varninainternetu.si/spletna/
- https://www.varninainternetu.si/prijavi-prevaro/
- https://www.varninainternetu.si/article/dober-dan-a-je-to-banka/
- https://www.varninainternetu.si/2013/varnost-in-zasebnost-na-mobilnih-napravah/
with FireFox 23 (currently in beta)


Actual results:

An iframe content was blocked by mixed content blocker. Error console:
Blocked loading mixed active content "http://zasebnost.vni.si/FBrecommend.html"


Expected results:

The blocked resource should be loaded via https 
(either by fixing the references on the site, or resolving Bug 776278)

Note: the problem does not occur on the front page.
