I think this might be a settings issue? Other SIMs (AT&T subscription, T-Mobile subscription SIMs) work fine
I am able to replicate this. Also on a T-Mobile Pay As You Go SIM. All Apps and Firefox Browser work well if wi-fi is on. All App loads and all browser sessions fail with an Error 400 if wi-fi turned off. Something about T-Mobile SIM must be sending malformed requests over data channel. (Checked that clock-time is accurate.) Some other settings error perhaps?
