Snapshot before scrolling
I happened to have a power outage this evening, and was browsing:
http://m.bchydro.com/outages/#/map/751829/
It shows a map of my area with the outage highlighted in red (see first snapshot).
However, as I scrolled the map, the highlighted red area was not clipped to its container.
See attached snapshot for a before scroll and after scroll.

Incidentally, I observed this in 22, Beta (23), Aurora and Nightly.

I visited the same sight on my laptop running Linux Mint 14 using Firefox 22 and the red areas were clipped properly.

Yeah - I'm pretty sure that this is a duplicate, and since that bug has a better test case, I'll close this one.
