No way to open regular browser window if only scratchpad is open.

Details

STR: 1) Open scratch pad 2) Close all regular firefox browser windows 3) Try to open a new regular browser window (the top menu context has changed to scratchpad which only allows opening more scratchpad windows).
Even worse, the Scratchpad becomes completely non-functional. The best solution for this is to make closing the browser also close any Scratchpad windows.
