using 7/10 build of netscape
1) launch netscape
2) Jump to above URL
3) Using context menu, select "Save As"
it goes ahead and saves a blank file. we should be throwing
a frame alert panel shouldn't we? see 4.x behavior.
actually Simon and I found instances where in 4.x the Save As
is dimmed out when you're at a framed site.

I think the real problem here is not saving the file, but trying to load a local
file that contains unresolved references to frameset documents. In this case,
loading the local file in the browser will throw up a 'file not found' alert for
each bad frameset, but Mozilla just silently shows a blank page.
Summary: Save As in context menu should throw a frame alert panel → Loading a frameset with broken frame links should put up alerts
not a table specific problem, reassigning to core owner.

If I set that frameset and then load the file I get two "file not found" alerts.
What is this bug about, exactly?
