I'm unable to save the carrier shelf category for the apps below, because the description is blank for English localization.  And for one, maybe the default locale (sr) doesn't exist?

bug 902435 will take care of kurir (empty description, empty name), b92 (empty name), vrijeme (empty name). Not sure what's going on with cdm yet.
