Details
When starting Mozilla I get this NSPR:EventReciver message in a dialog box.
"Application popup: NSPR:EventReceiver: mozilla.exe - Entry Point Not Found :
The procedure entry point ??_7nsLocalString@@6B@ could not be located in the
dynamic link library xpcom.dll."
I click the OK button then Mozilla starts up. Mozilla seams to run OK. The
problem started when I went from Mozilla 0.9.0 to 0.9.2. I then went back to
0.9.0 but the problem did not go away.

Changing product to Browser. This is a browser bug.
(Also, the "NSPR:EventReceiver" code is no longer part
of NSPR although we have not got around to rename that
Window name.)

"Entry point not found" bugs are almost always a result of installing a newer
version of mozilla on top of an older one. I'm marking this a dup of bug 71010;
if after reading through that you disagree with this diagnosis, please reopen.
Thanks!

Reporter: Uninstall mozilla, delete all files that the uninstaller had not
deleted and reinstall mozilla. This should fix your problem.
You get this error because there are a few old .dlls in your system.
Please never install a new mozilla over an older build.
