Description

Steps to reproduce:
 - go to eme.e
 - click on one of the shortcut to get suggestions
 - long tap on an icon to bookmark it to the homescreen
 - Click the OK button to add it and observe that a banner is displayed
 - Swipe to the right

Actual result:
 - the banner appears above the dock

Expected result:
 - nothing is above the dock
